Blend it up with mango and frozen coconut milk cubes for an ultra-creamy smoothie that’s rich in wholesome fats!


  • 12-16 coconut milk ice cubes, thawed slightly (or ~2 cups of coconut milk)
  • 2-4 Tbsp additional coconut milk or water
  • 1 Mango
  • 1Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground Ginger
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Sweetener of choice to taste
