- Social – It addresses relationships with people, loved ones, and friends. It is social means starting healthy relationships with the people around you.

- Spiritual – Spiritual wellness refers to keeping in touch with your ethics, values, and moral compass.
- Environmental – It’s about living in harmony and respecting your surroundings. It challenges you to consider how your actions could positively or negatively affect the world.
- Intellectual – Any activity expanding your knowledge, supporting curiosity, or engaging your creativity can continue your intellectual wellness.
- Occupational – Whether you’re retired or actively employed, occupational wellness refers to finding fulfillment and satisfaction through work.
Is Wellness the Opposite of Illness?
