Being mindful could help you get past any craving. Here are some of the tips on how to practice mindfulness:

  1. Take a journey inside your mind. Visualize yourself at the beach, in the mountains, or in a garden. Close your eyes and think about what it would feel like to be there. Enjoy all the small stuff in that lovely place. Concentrating on something else could help you get through your craving simpler.
  2. Involve yourself in something you love to do. You will feel significant effects from keeping your mind busy.
  3. Talk a walk outdoors. Stroll and concentrate on being there. Notice what you hear, sea, and smell.
