● 1 cup baby arugula
● 1 cup baby spinach
● 2-3 tablespoons of microgreens of your choice
● ¼ teaspoon black sesame seeds
● Lime wedges for serving

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
