Tumeric is grown and produced in Asia in countries like India, China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Vietnam. The demand for Tumeric has grown over the years to also Western Countries especially the US and Europe.
Make Chicken Breast Stew in a completely different way as you used to do with extra health benefits and with this Asian flavor. It is a simple way to cook a fast and hearty meal.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 280 grams Chicken Breast (skinless, boneless, diced into chunks)
- 2 Yellow Onion (medium, diced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps Sea Salt
- 3 Tomato (large, diced)
- 1/2 cup Parsley (finely chopped and divided)
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/3 cup Organic Raisins
Directions:
- In a large pot or saucepan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat and add the chicken, onion, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, and salt. Stir to combine all ingredients and cook for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the coconut milk, water, tomatoes, honey, raisins, and half of the parsley. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 more minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- When done, take off the heat and divide between plates. Garnish with the remaining parsley and enjoy!

Serve it with Brown Rice, Quinoa, or brown rice tortillas
