Ingredients:
- 1 medium bunch of kale, washed and dried well
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A bit of garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven and Wash and completely dry the kale leaves. Torn them into bite-size pieces and dry again with a paper towel to remove all the moisture.
- Rub the kale leaves with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and garlic powder; rub well and spread in the baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
