Ingredients:                   

● 3/4 cup buckwheat groats, soaked overnight
● 1 1/2 cup kale leaves, washed and chopped
● 1 1/2 cup milk
● 1 frozen banana
● 1 tablespoon almond butter
● 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
● 2 teaspoons chia seeds
● 1 teaspoon maple syrup
● Ice (optional)

Directions for this Green Smoothie:

  1. Add presoaked buckwheat groats in a blender with ½ cup milk; blend until smooth and creamy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again at high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
