Moringa powder is made of the leaves and seed pods (see above) of Moringa Oleifera, a native to India and grows also in Asia, Africa, and South America. Other names are the drumstick tree, miracle tree, horseradish tree, or ben oil tree.
Moringa powder tastes a bit bitter with a biting, slightly burning taste, comparable with arugula. Therefore we added strawberries and banana to this Green Smoothie Recipe to make it sweeter.

Ingredients:
- 2 cup baby kale
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 10 strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups of lite coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons moringa powder

- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
