This frozen fruit smoothie contains frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, banana, rose water, rose petals, maple syrup, and almond milk.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoon rose water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rose petals

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • Berries, seeds, and fresh rose petals for garnish (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into two bowls and garnish with berries, seeds, and fresh rose petals
