Chocolate-dipped strawberries are the easiest treats that everyone likes to eat.

Strawberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C, manganese, folate, and plant compounds; they have many antioxidants that benefit heart health and blood sugar control.

They are made with only three ingredients that you usually find in your kitchen. Fresh strawberries, good-quality chocolate, and coconut oil are the essential ingredients in this recipe.

The most attractive part of this recipe is the toppings. Make your chocolate-dipped strawberries look appealing with sprinkles, nuts, and opposite-colored chocolate toppings.

● 24 oz/3cups fresh strawberries
● 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips/chocolate bar/milk chocolate
● 6 oz semi-sweet white/pink chocolate chips
● 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil

  1. Wash strawberries in a colander to remove any dirt or debris. Drain well and dry them using paper towels. Take each strawberry individually and dry it with a paper towel; then place them in a clean dish until you melt the chocolate.
  2. Melt chocolate in a Microwave: To melt chocolate in the microwave, place white and dark chocolate in separate bowls. Add half of the coconut oil to white chocolate and half to dark chocolate. Now melt chocolate in each bowl at 20-second intervals while stirring until chocolate melts completely.Delicious Strawberries@minicase/
  3. Melt chocolate on the Stovetop: Place white and black chocolate in separate heat-proof bowls with coconut oil. Then boil 1 inch of water in a saucepan over low-medium heat; place the chocolate bowl over the saucepan and melt the chocolate slowly until completely melted.
  4. The melted chocolate consistency should not be so runny; if so, let it stand for a few minutes until it gets slightly thickened so that it can be easily coated over strawberries.
  5. Now hold each strawberry from the green leaves and dip it in chocolate to the top. Place the coated strawberries in a baking tray lined with butter paper. Repeat for dark and white chocolate until all strawberries become coated.
  6. For toppings, use sprinkles for some strawberries; melt the chocolate and fill it in a resealable bag. Then cut a tiny corner from one point; drizzle chocolate over strawberries horizontally. Use opposite-colored colored chocolate for topping to make them prominent.
  7. Let the strawberries set in the refrigerator until they are set, and then serve.
