This delicious Blueberries smoothie combines frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, orange juice, and cinnamon.

Ingredients for this Blueberries Smoothie:                  

● 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
● 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
● 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
● 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
● 1 large ripe banana, frozen
● 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
● 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
● 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, frozen banana, yogurt, orange juice, and cinnamon; Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. If you don’t like thick smoothies, you can add more orange juice to make it to a consistency you like.
  3. Pour it into two serving glasses and serve immediately.
