● 2 bananas, frozen
● 1 cup raspberries, frozen

● 2 1/2 tablespoons/40g cashew nuts


● 1/2 cup frozen berries (raspberries & blackberries)
● 2 teaspoons puffed quinoa

  1. Presoak the cashew nut in warm water for 2-3 hours or overnight. Then drain and use for the smoothie. The softer cashew nuts will create creamy smoothies. Soak the cashew nuts in boiling water for 1 hour, then use them in the smoothie.
  2. In a blender, add frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, orange juice, lime juice, yogurt, maple syrup, and cashew nuts; blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more yogurt to adjust the consistency you desire.
