Banana Orange Smoothie

This Banana Orange Smoothie is very refreshing and is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Combine the acid flavor of citrus fruit like orange together with a sweet fruit like banana and you will get a taste explosion.

Both fruits have good nutrition value, as the orange is filled with Vitamin C and antioxidants. So this is great for healthy skin and they also support your immune system excellently.

Mix them together with the yogurt together and the Vanilla Extract and you get a delicious Smoothie. Try this Banana Orange Smoothie and get your daily fruit mix!

What is Vanilla Extract vs. Vanilla Sugar?

The difference between the two is that one is sugar but blended with vanilla extract, and the other is extracted from vanilla beans. Also, artificial esters can be used.

Make your vanilla sugar at home very quickly. Split a vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds, and burying the split vanilla bean into a container of sugar. Store it in a canister of sugar for a week so that the flavors can blend. The vanilla bean will flavor the sugar with its delicious scent and taste that will improve everything from a cake or a Banana Orange Smoothie. Vanilla sugar is also useful as a substitute for regular sugar in almost anything that would benefit from a vanilla undertone, and it is much better for you than regular sugar.

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie in two glasses and enjoy your Banana Orange Smoothie to the last drop!
