● 1 cup almond milk
● 2 handful of frozen berries
● 1 banana
● 6 tablespoons oats
● 4 teaspoons of acai powder
● 2 teaspoons maple syrup
● 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

● 1/2 banana, sliced
● 8 almonds
● 2 tablespoons walnuts
● 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
